Change of Address or Phone Number
Students and parents must keep the office informed of any change of address or telephone number. Phone the Data Office, 856-5177, with ANY change. An address change must be followed up by taking the NEW PROOF OF RESIDENCE to the ATTENDANCE OFFICE AT THE PAUSD DISTRICT OFFICE, 25 Churchill Avenue. We cannot officially change an address until it has been verified by that office. In the meantime, ALSO call the JLS Data Office so that we can keep the student's Emergency Card up-to-date. Thank you.
